MY STORY

Hi, I’m Ingrid Goldbloom Bloch

I bring 25+ years of experience working with people all over the world across a wide variety of industries and sectors. I am proud to say that I have helped over 5,000 people get to that “aha” moment where things fall into place, where they could elevate their careers and transform their businesses.

My early career was spent in advertising, marketing and sales, working with big name brands and companies including: Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising, The May Company, Levi Strauss & Co. Shasta Beverage and Nintendo. It was fun and exciting until I hit a wall.

I started asking myself those big life questions: “Is this meaningful? Is this what I’m meant to be doing?” I worried I was “behind,” that I should have figured things out by now and I felt really stuck. So, I did something bold – I hired a career coach and through that process, I found my calling and haven’t looked back.

I went all in on learning about the career development field, from many angles and experiences, to be able to bring a holistic view to my clients. My experience includes positions and projects in higher education, private coaching, corporate outplacement and talent management.

In addition to my professional career, I am an internationally recognized artist known for giving new life to discarded and common objects. My work has been published in over 50 publications and collected by museums around the world. My “artist eye” is what makes my coaching unique. I see patterns and possibilities where most people don’t.

I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Arts and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I completed advanced graduate training in career development from the John F. Kennedy School, and am trained in Structural Consulting from Robert Fritz, Inc. I am trained in Human-Centered Design, am MBTI-certified, and hold a master-level certification in TypeCoach.
